I have gotten work done by Stefan.  100/10 recommend!  I had never heard of MAT before but after working with him I have more stability in my shoulder, a better movement pattern, and less pain.

If you have painful hips, he will work that out.  I know it really helped me on my postpartum journey and took away a lot of pain in my hips, so grateful now that I am picking up a toddler!
